Job description / Role
The main objective of this role is to support the Human Resource Department in managing employee relations alongside day-to-day operational activities and ensure smooth end user experience is delivered to all employees of the organisation.

Description
The Key responsibilities will have/be
* Be a primary point of contact for all employee queries, addressing their concerns and counselling staff on HR policies, practices and processes.
* Provide support in posting job advertisements internally & externally, creating project pipelines, headhunting candidates, conducting initial screenings and establishing communication with the candidates based on business requirement. All relevant records to be updated on closing the respective vacancies.
* Collate all the new joiner information and share it with respective functional heads for smooth on boarding experience.
* Track staff movement within Divisions along with new vacancies and update the changes on Org Chart from time to time. Prepare HR reports related to employee metrics.
* Support in negotiating & administering various contracts relating to Employee benefits and other commercial functions of HR.
* Be abreast of latest updates on employment laws at federal and regional level. Ensure compliance with mandatory time lines on Employer/Employee related matters as announced by Ministry or Government bodies.

Requirements:
The Successful candidate will have/be
* Business Graduate / University Degree holder
* Good understanding of UAE Labour laws.
* Minimum 2 - 5 years of work experience in HR function in UAE.
* Efficient HR administration and people management skills
* Ability to manage various responsibilities while maintaining a positive attitude
* Well organised, accurate & attentive to detail
* Good & Effective communication skills
* Quick learner, hardworking, focused & proactive
* Team player / Relationship builder
* Proficiency in MS - Office
