Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of HR experience, ideally within the UAE, and will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with local labor laws. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a keen understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Staffing:

- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop detailed job descriptions.
- Conduct onboarding processes and ensure smooth integration of new hires.

Employee Relations:

- Address employee queries, grievances, and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
- Implement employee engagement and retention strategies to foster a positive work environment.
- Manage disciplinary actions and performance issues in accordance with company policies and UAE labor laws.

Performance Management:

- Assist in the development and implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting and performance reviews.
- Support managers and employees in setting and achieving performance objectives.

Compliance and Policies:

- Ensure adherence to UAE labor laws and company policies.
- Review and update HR policies and procedures to reflect changes in legislation and best practices.

Training and Development:

- Identify training needs and organize development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Facilitate workshops, seminars, and other learning initiatives.

HR Administration:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Manage payroll administration, benefits, and other HR-related documentation.

Reporting and Analytics:

- Prepare and analyze HR reports on metrics such as turnover rates, recruitment statistics, and employee satisfaction.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic HR decisions.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, with a proven track record in a similar role. Experience within the UAE is highly preferred.

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Salary:
AED 6,000 to 8,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
