We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Colon and Rectal Surgeon to join our esteemed healthcare team in the UAE. This role is pivotal in providing high-quality surgical care to patients with a variety of colorectal conditions. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in the diagnosis, treatment, and surgical management of colorectal diseases, while also demonstrating exceptional patient care and communication skills. You will have the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art medical facility, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
- Perform surgical procedures for patients with colorectal diseases, including but not limited to colorectal cancer, diverticulitis, inflammatory bowel disease, and hemorrhoids.
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations and assessments to determine the most appropriate surgical interventions.
- Utilize advanced surgical techniques, including minimally invasive approaches, to ensure the highest levels of patient safety and care.
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals including nurses, anesthesiologists, and oncologists to develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, documenting patient history, treatment plans, and surgical outcomes.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative care, ensuring patients receive the necessary support and follow-up.
- Educate patients and their families on colorectal health, surgical procedures, and recovery processes to promote informed decision-making.
- Stay current with advancements in colorectal surgery and participate in ongoing medical education and training.
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical protocols and guidelines.
- Participate in departmental meetings, case reviews, and peer consultations to enhance collaborative practice.

- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
- Completion of a residency program in General Surgery and a fellowship in Colon and Rectal Surgery.
- Proven experience as a Colon and Rectal Surgeon with a solid track record of successful surgeries.
- Strong knowledge of colorectal diseases and surgical techniques.
- Exceptional patient management skills with a focus on compassionate care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse patient populations and healthcare teams.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make informed decisions quickly.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with the latest advancements in the field.

Salary:
AED 45,000 to 65,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
