Program Manager - Facilities Management

Contingent Upon Award of Contract

The PM will be responsible for the performance of work and oversight of all contract matters relating to daily operations of this contract. The PM ensures and oversees all work requirements to ensure professional and quality services are provided to the Customer in accordance with PWS requirements, while maintaining safety as the highest priority. The PM responsibilities will include supervision and management of all operations including supervision and management of all personnel.

Requirements:
- Hold a bachelor's degree in an engineering/construction/facilities/contracts or related field with equivalent schools' training/certifications.
- Hold a certificate from either IFMA as a CFM, BOMI International as a FMC, or Association for Facilities Engineers (AFE) as a CPMM
- Clearance: Must possess a Secret Security Clearance .
- Have Minimum of 15 Years experience at the PM or Deputy PM level in related O&M support services and/or facilities management;
- Have a minimum of 5 years' experience in providing O&M support services to large facilities or operations (greater than 10 Million annual operations).
