JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Viola Real Estate is seeking a qualified and experienced Real Estate Broker to join its team.

As a Real Estate Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating real estate transactions and providing guidance to clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the local real estate market, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record of successful transactions. The Real Estate Sales Consultant will be responsible for connecting with potential clients and guiding them through the buying and selling process. They will use their knowledge of the real estate market and excellent communication skills to assist clients in making informed decisions.

Responsibilities:

- Connect with potential clients and build relationships to understand their real estate needs
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with current real estate trends
- Guide clients through the buying and selling process, including property showings and negotiations
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as lawyers and mortgage brokers, to ensure a smooth transaction
- Create and maintain listings of available properties
- Conduct open houses and property tours for potential buyers
- Assist clients in preparing their properties for sale, including staging and marketing strategies
- Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates and address any concerns
- Attend networking events and actively promote the company's services
- Stay informed about changes and developments in the real estate market
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company

Candidates will be offered a competitive package. Conditions will apply during the probationary period.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate must entail:

- Substantial amount of experience in real estate sales
- Fluency in written and spoken English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent knowledge of the local real estate market and current trends
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Highly motivated and results-driven
- Valid real estate license in the UAE is required/ will be encouraged

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Commission, Visa and Insurance (*Conditions apply during the probationary period)
