You will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying, selling, and renting processes, while leveraging your market knowledge to provide valuable insights and advice. Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Conduct property viewing.
- Provide clients with comprehensive market analysis and property evaluations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring their best interests are represented.
- Stay informed about local real estate market trends, regulations, and developments.
- Utilize online marketing strategies and social media to promote listings effectively.
- Collaborate with other professionals, including mortgage brokers, property managers, and legal advisors, to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and agreements to clients.
- Manage and maintain an organized database of leads, clients, and properties.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a similar sales role, preferably in the UAE market.
- Strong understanding of real estate principles, practices, and local market trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive industry.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and properties simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficient in using technology, including CRM systems and real estate platforms.
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
- Strong negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.
- A valid UAE driving license with own car is preferred.
