JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Responsibilities
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports of sales objectives and results.
- Coordinate with fintech team on all matters related to installment payment methods for customers.
- Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
- Follow up received leads from Toothpick CMS.
- Visit dental clinics and potential dentists to check their needs and promote Toothpick products and services.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Generate leads using online social media platforms as well as through traditional marketing (e.g. Facebook & calls).
Requirements:
Requirements- Excellent verbal communication skills in both English & Arabic.
- Proficiency in sales techniques and in strategy development.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
