JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

The Business Development Specialist is responsible for driving growth and profitability within the luxury car trading sector by identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with key stakeholders, and executing strategies to enhance the company’s market position. This role involves market analysis, client acquisition, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research & Analysis:
• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and potential business opportunities in the luxury car trading industry.
• Analyze competitors, market conditions, and sales data to develop strategies for increasing market share.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
• Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients, including dealerships, wholesalers, and individual car buyers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Negotiate terms of agreements, close deals, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Strategy Development & Execution:
• Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, highlighting the company’s value proposition.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets.

Partnerships & Networking:
• Establish and nurture partnerships with key industry stakeholders, including financial institutions, automotive associations, and other relevant entities.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and expand the business network.

Sales & Revenue Growth:
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to maximize revenue per client.

Internal Collaboration:
• Coordinate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
• Provide feedback and insights from the market to help shape product offerings and marketing strategies.

Reporting & Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and business development efforts.
• Prepare regular reports on business development activities, progress, and outcomes for senior management.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the automotive or luxury car trading industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and business growth objectives.
• Strong understanding of the luxury car trading market, including current trends and key players.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.

Salary:
AED 6,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: As per UAE Labor Law
