Business Development Specialist

Job Description

- Maintain good relationships with banks and partners so that the business can maximize the value of those relationships
- Identify key contacts at potential banks and partners to establish and foster a relationship
- Can obtain B2B contracts with excellent management for the portfolio
- Participate in one-on-one meetings with banks to explain offered services and obtaining necessary operational licenses
- Understand the problems and challenges of banks/partners and identify ways the business could better address those needs
- Grow the business by identifying new partnerships and business development opportunities
- Monitor and assess activities of our competitors to proactively satisfy and retain our clients
- Explore the market needs and changes in order to provide new solutions to be ahead of the market
- Provide excellent service in order to maintain a positive reputation for the business
- Resolve any customer complaints in a prompt and professional manner
- Coordinating with internal departments to meet the objectives needs & support managing the portfolio
