Gardener

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

- Planting and maintaining flower beds, shrubs, and trees.
- Pruning and trimming trees, shrubs, and hedges to ensure they remain healthy and attractive.
- Mowing lawns, trimming edges, and clearing walkways of debris.
- Watering plants and lawns, and applying fertilizers and pesticides.
- Monitoring and ensuring the health of all plants and vegetation.
- Installing and maintaining irrigation systems.
- Keeping grounds free from litter and debris.
- Maintaining gardening tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Designing and implementing seasonal landscape plans.
- Assisting with the setup and maintenance of outdoor areas for events and activities.

Requirements:

- A valid driver's license may be required.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- A minimum of 5+ year's work experience.
- Proven experience as a Gardener or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of regional plant life, gardening techniques, and landscape design.
- Ability to operate a variety of garden tools and equipment.
- Basic understanding of plant diseases, pests, and their control.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Salary:
INR 50,000 to 60,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
