The Physical Security Strategic Planning Team is committed to providing comprehensive support to all operation modules under Physical Security to continuously enhance the safety and security of our working environment. Through outputting strategic roadmaps for vertical modules under Physical Security, launching global initiatives, and establishing horizontal infrastructure for Physical Security, we aim to elevate the full-cycle capabilities of risk management, including identification, assessment, prevention, response, review, and communication. Responsibilities
- Continuously track the dynamics and trends of the security industry, analyze the best practices of leading global technology companies in the field of physical security
- Based on industry practice and compliance requirements, assist in designing physical security risk assessment systems, diagnose corporate security pain points;
- Support to effectively track and analyze the core indicators of physical security level for all offices. And provide optimization roadmap for key security modules combining with internal status quo;
- Assist in initiation and implementation of global projects based on formed strategy roadmap to set global standards and procedures

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in business management, statistics/business analysis, or other science and management disciplines; graduating in 2025
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Available to start ideally in January 2025

Preferred qualifications:
- Have internship in strategic consulting firms or corporate strategy or business analysis teams;
- Excellent information collection and analysis skills, logical thinking ability, and problem-solving ability, and be able to express views and output conclusions in a structured manner;
- Exceptional project management skills, ability to make agile responses based on new inputs; entrepreneurial spirit, curiosity, a strong spirit of exploring new areas, and cognitive ability.
