THE MISSION

Are you passionate about technology and skilled in troubleshooting Join our team as a Tech Assistant and be a key player in keeping our IT systems running smoothly!

Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

- Assist the IT Manager with the installation and maintenance of hardware and software.
- Serve as a secondary contact for PC hardware and software issues.
- Manage the lifecycle of technology assets, ensuring equipment is ordered and available.
- Handle disaster recovery and business continuity related to technology.
- Identify and resolve performance issues with our systems.
- Ensure all technology assets are secure and well-maintained following Mama Shelter standards.
- Oversee data communication and manage telecommunications equipment.
- Support mobile phone issues and troubleshoot high-speed Internet problems.
- Provide desktop support, including imaging desktops, installing software, and migrating data.
- Maintain IT inventory and logs of hardware and service calls.
- Document and archive all IT correspondence and troubleshooting efforts.

Qualifications
