We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Tailor to join our dynamic team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in garment construction, alterations, and custom tailoring. Responsibilities:
- Measure clients to determine appropriate garment sizes and fits, ensuring that each piece is tailored to individual specifications.
- Consult with clients about their clothing preferences and style choices, providing expert advice on fabrics, designs, and alterations.
- Construct, alter, and repair garments using a variety of sewing techniques, ensuring high-quality finishes and attention to detail.
- Select and source appropriate materials and fabrics that meet the client's needs and preferences.
- Maintain a neat and organized work area, including the proper care and storage of tools and equipment.
- Keep up-to-date with fashion trends and tailoring techniques to offer innovative solutions and styles to clients.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction with all tailor-made garments and alterations.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of work.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline the tailoring process and improve overall service delivery.

- Proven experience as a Tailor, with a portfolio showcasing previous work and a range of tailoring styles.
- Strong knowledge of sewing techniques, garment construction, and alteration processes.
- Excellent measuring and fitting skills, with an ability to understand and translate client preferences into final garments.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for quality craftsmanship and an eye for design.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with various fabrics and materials, along with an understanding of their properties and best uses in tailoring.
- Proficient in the use of sewing machines and hand-sewing techniques, with a commitment to maintaining equipment.
- Willingness to continue learning and adapting to new tailoring techniques and trends in the fashion industry.

Salary:
AED 2,500 to 3,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
