We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Specialist Rheumatologist to join our esteemed healthcare team in the UAE. The Specialist Rheumatologist will be responsible for developing individualized treatment plans, conducting thorough assessments, and utilizing the latest medical technologies and research to deliver optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients presenting with rheumatic diseases, including but not limited to rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, osteoarthritis, and other autoimmune conditions.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that may include medication management, physical therapy, and lifestyle modifications tailored to the needs of each patient.
- Perform diagnostic procedures such as joint injections, arthrocentesis, and ultrasound-guided procedures to assist in accurate diagnosis and treatment.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including primary care physicians, physical therapists, and other specialists to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in rheumatology through continuous education and professional development, including attending conferences and workshops.
- Engage in patient education, providing clear explanations of conditions, treatment options, and self-management strategies to empower patients in their healthcare journey.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Participate in clinical research and contribute to the development of innovative treatment protocols and practices in the field of rheumatology.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior physicians and medical students, fostering a culture of learning within the department.
- Contribute to departmental initiatives aimed at improving patient outcomes and enhancing the overall patient experience.

- Medical degree from an accredited institution with a specialization in Rheumatology.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical rheumatology, with a proven track record of patient care and positive outcomes.
- Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to manage complex cases involving multiple comorbidities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to patient care.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with emerging trends in rheumatology.
- Experience in clinical research and a desire to contribute to scholarly activities within the field.

Salary:
AED 45,000 to 65,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
