Service Crew (QSR)

Job description / Role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Crew to join our fast-paced Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our customers and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency in our establishment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the restaurant
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with established standards
- Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area and service counters
- Assist in maintaining stock levels and replenishing items as needed
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and efficient work environment
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Contribute to achieving sales targets through upselling and suggestive selling techniques

- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality or QSR industry
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards
- Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
- A valid food handling certificate is preferred

Salary:
AED 2,500 to 2,800 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
