Job description / Role

• VM and NSO budget management - Based on this, if required, steps to control costs will be taken.
• Any alterations to be done should be completed before the Planogram Kit release. 1. Increase transactions and basket size through right flow of merchandise and space management
• Increase transactions through effective displays."
• Plan workshop and store set up within stipulated days from HOTO: Launch -1 day(Department segregation)
• Conduct workshop to deliver the efficient implementation training- Conduct workshops for Seasonal Launches & New Store openings.

• Guide the Regional & store team to adapt to the challenges that may come up during the implementation."
• Derive new planogram concepts enabling season kit launch with right props - SS and AW
• Impactful Window and Focal/ Visual Displays
• Conceptualize and plan new or updated concepts that can bring freshness to the store and can engage the customers more in the retail space.
• Continuously align & train the store and regional team in terms of VM basics, guidelines, and standards as well as in the display techniques, to enhance their performance and align with the departmental goals.
