Description

* Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the firm's private equity investment strategy, ensuring alignment with responsible investment principles and overall investment goals.
* Deal Origination & Sourcing: Identify and source compelling investment opportunities across the MENA region, leveraging a strong network and market knowledge.
* Deal Execution & Management: Oversee the entire deal execution process, including structuring transactions, leading negotiations, managing due diligence, and overseeing closing.
* Portfolio Management: Manage and oversee the firm's private equity portfolio, driving superior returns and value creation for portfolio companies.
* Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of investment professionals, fostering their professional development and building a high-performing team culture.
* Investor Relations: Maintain and build strong relationships with investors, keeping them informed of investment activities and performance.
* Market Expertise: Stay abreast of current market trends, regulations, and developments within the private equity landscape and the KSA region.

* Deal-Making Expertise: Proven ability to source, structure, negotiate, and close complex investment transactions across the MENA region.

* Investment Acumen: Deep understanding of the MENA investment landscape, market trends, risk assessment, and value creation strategies for portfolio companies.
