Responsibilities

Our newest opportunity is for a talented Senior Contracts Manager to join our award winning team in Abu Dhabi, UAE .

We envisage success in this role to include;
- Maintaining a wide range of Consultant Agreements and Construction Contracts.
- Handling complex projects from design through construction documents and implementation, including alternative forms of procurement.
- Reviewing, negotiating and drawing up settlements of client's variations and contractor's claims for changes.
- Assisting in the reviews, assessments and reports upon contractor's claims including review of time extensions, delays and penalties.
- Maintaining a positive client relationship and professional firm image.
- Understanding, Identifying and assessing project and contract risks.
- Preparing and Managing project contracts.
- Organizing, leading and motivating people.

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 22 years w ork experience partnered with a Bachelor in Civil Engineering or Construction Law, LLB or similar is preferred.
