SCMS/PLC Testing and Commissioning Engineer

Your responsibilities:
• Applying standard techniques and procedures to perform engineering requirements and providing technical support for installation and responsible for testing and commissioning activities.
• Preparing project documentation within one’s scope of deliverables and providing quality solutions as per customer requirements and delivering within budget and contract.
• Creating work plans in own area of responsibility and ensuring quality deliverables on time and within targeted cost.
• Assisting customer on technical issues, interacting with official contracts, OEM and other staff within the scope of deliverables.
• Participating in design review meetings with consultants or clients and OEM to resolve design related issues.
• Ensuring technical support for project management to give brief answer to any customer need of clarifications.
• Ability to explaining and discussing with the customer technical solutions, to have a food relationship with the customer and to have clear picture of all job details and preparing project documentation for FAT and SAT.
• Testing of SCMS with SCADA Control System and conducting FAT and SAT and obtaining approvals from Utilities for design and commissioning activities of SCMS Systems.

• A Bachelor’s degree in relevant field is required.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as commissioning engineer of SCMS System is mandatory.
• Working knowledge and understanding of GPRS system on various protocol i.e. IEC101. IEC103, IEC104, DNP3.0, IEC61850, MODBUS SCMS, TCP/IP/Serial and also PLC programming acc. to IEC61131-3.
• Sound experience in IED integration with SCMS/SCADA.
• Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
