Overview

Driving the sales and marketing strategies for our portfolio of mobile games. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both sales and digital marketing, with a deep understanding of the mobile gaming industry.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to promote and sell our mobile games globally.
- Identify target markets, key players, and industry trends to effectively position our games in the market.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to understand game features and create compelling marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including gamers, platform holders, influencers, and media outlets.
- Lead the creation of marketing materials, including promotional assets, press releases, social media content, and advertisements in coordination with the LiveOps team
- Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.
- Manage and optimize digital and web content, landing pages, and user experience to improve conversion rates and CPA.
- Track industry developments and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market and identify growth opportunities.
- Manage the sales pipeline, negotiate deals, and drive revenue growth through effective sales tactics.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales and marketing activities, performance metrics, and revenue forecasts for senior management.

Requirements:

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Digital Technologies or a related field.
- Proven experience not less than 8 years in sales and marketing within the mobile gaming industry, with a strong track record of success.
- Deep understanding of mobile gaming platforms, market dynamics, and player behavior.
- Demonstrable experience in SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and display advertising campaigns.
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
- Experience with web analytics tools and proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and insights to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Creative thinker with a passion for gaming and a strong sense of market trends and consumer preferences.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
