We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Sales Associate to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service, a keen understanding of customer needs, and a drive to exceed sales targets through innovative sales techniques.

This role involves advising customers on a wide range of watch products, maintaining customer relationships, and contributing to the overall brand experience.

As part of the Emiratization drive, we are looking for UAE Nationals for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Display enthusiasm and provide superior customer service, understanding and responding to customer inquiries about watches, prices, and services.
• Guide customers in selecting watches best suited to their style and needs, utilizing advanced sales techniques to achieve and exceed sales targets. Focus on up-selling and cross-selling complementary products and accessories.
• Maintain and develop customer relationships to build long-term brand loyalty, ensuring a positive customer experience with each interaction.
• Handle new product launches, promotions, and visual merchandising of watches to enhance the store's appeal and encourage customer engagement.
• Ensure the watch section is well-stocked at all times, coordinating with the inventory team to replenish stock as needed.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and visual displays in the watch section to provide an inviting shopping environment.
• Coordinate with the customer care center to address any after-sales service issues related to watches promptly and efficiently.

Requirements:
• Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Customer Service, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role, preferably with experience in selling watches or luxury goods.
• Proficient in English (spoken, read, and written).
• Strong selling skills and customer orientation, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Good numerical ability and proficiency in IT tools related to sales and customer service.

Salary:
AED 8,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
