Job Position: Admin (Sales Assistance)

Job Description:
General administrative tasks
- Manage office supplies & inventory
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing system
- Handle all DMCC portal-related activities
- Insure compliance with DMCC regulations and guidelines
- Maintain and update employee records (Visa, Insurance)

Sales Assistance
- Ability to do the market research for MEA market
- Ability to find potential customers and arrange meetings

Requirements:

Candidate Profile:
- Language: [Required] English, Arabic / [Advance or Optional] French
- Educational Preferences: At least Bachelor Degree
- Educational certificate & experience letter is necessary during the final interview
- Work Experience: Those who has experience in Automotive parts industry is preferable

Qualifications:
- Preferred UAE driving license
- Good communication skills & attitude
- Good computer Skills in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint Etc)
- Those who has experience in Automotive parts industry is preferable

Working Conditions:
- Expected Date of Recruitment: August 2024 / Negotiable
- Salary: To be discussed during the final interview
- Term of the Contract: Full time / 2 years renewable
- There is 6 month of probation period.
- Working Hours: 8 Hours a day
- Vacations: 30 calendar days (as per UAE Labor law)
- Severance payment: Gratuity as per UAE Labor law
- Insurance: Support
- Visa: Support
- Board and Lodging: Not support
- Flight offer: Yearly / Round trip ticket to home country
