Job Type: Full-time

TUSMO Real Estate is looking for multiple qualified Real Estate Broker / Senior Property Consultant in offplan market or secondary market (sales experience in any field is a plus)

Desired candidate profile:

- Proven track record of sales in real estate industry in UAE
- Possess an in-depth understanding of Dubai's real estate market, excellent sales skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Prior experience & knowledge of Off-Plan sale or secondary Sales,Rent
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and execute effective sales or rent strategies.
- Have a good network of investors in the market.
- Valid license to practice the profession of real estate broker
- Proven record serving as a point of reference between property owners and prospective buyers.
- Good Skills in assisting landlords in promoting their properties for sale or rent

IMPORTANT NOTE: This role operates on commission and performance-based compensation, directly correlating earnings with individual productivity and results achieved.

Salary:
AED 3,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
