Parts Sales Executive

Job description / Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Parts Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be have prior experience in the Sales of auto spare parts specifically Japanese cars, American car part knowledge would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for parts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and proactively engage with customers to promote parts sales.
- Target oriented and able to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing customer feedback in a professional manner.

- Proven experience in parts sales within the automobile industry, with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
- Proficient in using sales CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with automotive parts and accessories, with a passion for staying updated on industry advancements and product knowledge.
- Fluency in Hindi/Urdu is required, and knowledge of additional languages such as Arabic would be essential.

Salary:
AED 1,700 to 4,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Nice Auto Spare Parts was established in 1992 as an Authorized Dealer of Al-Futtaim Motors – Toyota Division. We are supplier/distributor of Toyota Auto Spare Parts based in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, located in the heart of the spare parts market of the Middle East on the BMW Road.
