Responsibilities:
- Perform complex surgical procedures related to oral and maxillofacial conditions, including tooth extractions, implants, and corrective jaw surgeries.
- Conduct thorough evaluations and diagnoses of patients' dental health issues and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Collaborate with general dentists and other specialists to provide comprehensive patient care and ensure seamless treatment processes.
- Educate patients about oral health, surgical procedures, and post-operative care to enhance their understanding and comfort.
- Utilize advanced dental technologies and techniques to enhance surgical outcomes and patient safety.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in oral surgery and dental care through continuous education and professional development.
- Participate in community outreach programs to promote oral health awareness and preventative care.
- Supervise and mentor junior dental staff and trainees, fostering a collaborative and educational environment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a sterile and safe working environment.

- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from an accredited institution.
- Specialization in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in oral surgery, demonstrating proficiency in various surgical techniques.
- Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient-centered care and a track record of successful surgical outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated with industry best practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment and manage complex cases.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.

Salary:
AED 40,000 to 65,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
