Oracle D2K Developer With Backend Development Experience

Job description / Role

Priority Hiring - Work Location Dubai.

Minimum 4-5 years experience in D2K,Sql/pl/sql.

Specific Skills (Oracle D2K, SQL/PLSQL)

- Oracle Forms & Reports 11g
- Java Development
- MS dotNet Full Stack Development, HTML5, CSS3, ReactJS Framework
- RestAPI/SOAP API Development

Day-To-Day Operations:

- Performs applications analysis work of existing or new systems including programming, testing, maintenance, and implementation
- Focus on the technical design, writing and testing of complex computer programs.
- Consults with current and proposed systems users on the feasibility of proposed systems and changes.
- Analyzes ongoing computerization needs.
- Estimates cost and timing of systems modifications and new systems development.
- Monitors and correct problems with production runs identified by users and development team.
- Modifies, enhances or adds modules to existing applications.
- Adapts purchased software to hardware used by department and to departmental requirements
- Provides project and technical supervision of staff assisting in application development and maintenance tasks.
- Designs procedures for testing new and revised software.
- Conducts tests to evaluate conformance to specifications and to identify and correct problems.
- Conducts formal and on-the-job training for system users in the capabilities and use of computer applications.
- Follows the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work.

KEY COMPETENCIES

Technical competencies:

In-depth knowledge of Software Design, Software Debugging, Software Development Fundamentals, Software Documentation, Software Testing, Software Requirements, Software Development.

Proficient in handling the most complex of technical development concepts, latest software tools and technologies, strong database concepts and designing techniques.

Possesses good knowledge of different software systems, client/server architectures and various compatibility requirements.

Understands different programming languages and ability to solve problems in coding, testing and deployment.

Strong background with resolution of technical issues during planning and execution phases.

Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.

Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize and successfully execute tasks in accordance with departmental / project objectives.

Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technologies and products, independently using documentation and online resources.

Very good knowledge in technical terms and report writing skills.
