Position Title: Medical Receptionist
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: up to 5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A Medical Trading Group, based in Dubai, specializing in Japanese technology and advanced equipment for healthcare.

Job Description:
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing and answering phone calls.
- Assist clients with scheduling appointments and provide reminders as needed.
- Assist with managing patient records and ensuring they are up-to-date and accurately filed.
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, healthcare providers, and clients.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.

- Open to Arabic nationalities
- Female, 35 years old and below
- Bachelor’s Degree in any medical related field or equivalent
- At least 1 year of UAE or home country experience in administrative role within the healthcare industry
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and confidentiality guidelines is highly preferred
- Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary:
AED 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
