Job description / Role

Job Title: Lean Architect

Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and knowledge and implementation of the following topics:
- Manufacturing processes, workflows, and industry standards.
- Manufacturing software systems such as MES, ERP, PLM, and WMS.
- Integrate and customise manufacturing applications to meet organisational needs.
- Manufacturing data collection, analysis, and real-time monitoring.
- Automation and control systems in manufacturing, such as SCADA and PLC.
- Implementing Manufacturing Intelligence solutions for data analytics and optimisation.
- Machine connectivity and IIoT technologies for smart manufacturing.
- Integration of manufacturing applications with other enterprise systems.
- Manufacturing software development methodologies and best practices.
- Design scalable and secure manufacturing application solutions.
- Awareness of emerging technologies like AI, Robotics, and AR in manufacturing.
- Project Management

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Operations).
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in process improvement and Lean implementation.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
