Job Description
The role would require you to assist with the day-to-day operation of the payroll department. We are looking for someone who has accounting or payroll experience as he /she will be handling the p reparation of staff commissions and the payroll. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Processing and calculation of commissions, overrides, bonuses, tour/booking fees and overtime efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure accurate application of The Group's compensation packages and policy.
- Timely processing and releasing of expense & business travel reimbursements.
- Preparation of payroll reports.
- Attending and responding to queries related to payroll.

Desired Skill & Expertise

- Graduate of BS Accountancy.
- Advanced excel skill is a must.
- Experience in Accounting is a must.
- Experience in computation of Bonuses, Commissions and Overrides is an advantage.
- Fluency in English - both Oral and Written is a must.
- Experience in CRM is an advantage.
- Attention to details and analytical.
- Can work under pressure.
