We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Salesforce Intern to join our IT team and assist with modifications and enhancements to our Salesforce platform.

Job Summary:

As a Salesforce Intern, you will work closely with our IT team to support the customization, configuration, and optimization of our Salesforce system. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with Salesforce, develop your technical skills, and contribute to the operational efficiency of a dynamic recruitment company.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in the customization and configuration of Salesforce applications to meet business requirements.
* Support the maintenance and enhancement of the Salesforce platform, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
* Collaborate with IT team members to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement modifications.
* Participate in data analysis, reporting, and the creation of dashboards to support business operations.
* Document system changes, create user guides, and provide training to end-users as needed.
* Perform data migration and data cleansing activities to ensure data integrity.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and best practices.

Qualifications:

* Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Basic knowledge of Salesforce and its various components (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques is a plus.

Additional Details:

* Working Hours: The role is either full-time or 25 hours per week; depending on your availability if you are studying.
