Job Summary:

As a WordPress Developer Intern, you will work closely with our IT team to support the development, customization, and optimization of our WordPress website. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience with WordPress, enhance your web development skills, and contribute to the digital presence of a dynamic recruitment company.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of the company's WordPress website.
* Customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet business requirements.
* Support the integration of third-party tools and plugins.
* Collaborate with the IT and marketing teams to implement new features and functionalities.
* Optimize website performance, ensuring fast load times and a smooth user experience.
* Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, including debugging and testing.
* Participate in the creation and updating of website content.
* Ensure the website is responsive and mobile-friendly.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and best practices.

* Proficiency in HTML/CSS for web design and layout.
* Knowledge of JavaScript for interactive features.
* Familiarity with WordPress CMS, themes, and plugins.
* Ability to create responsive websites.
* Understanding of SEO fundamentals.
* Strong problem-solving abilities.
* Clear and effective communication skills.
* Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
* Time management skills to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications:

* Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related field.
* Basic knowledge of WordPress, including theme and plugin development.
* Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Experience with SEO best practices and website analytics tools is a plus.
