Immigration Processing Specialist

Ignite Search and Selection is dedicated to providing exceptional immigration services and recruitment services to support our clients. We are seeking an experienced Immigration Processing Specialist to join our team and help streamline the immigration process for our applicants.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review and prepare immigration applications and petitions for submission to embassies and consulate and other relevant agencies.
• Conduct consultations with clients to gather necessary documentation and information.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws and regulations.
• Track and manage case progress, ensuring timely follow-up and communication with clients.
• Respond to inquiries from clients regarding application status and processes.
• Collaborate with attorneys and other staff to develop case strategies and solutions.
• Prepare reports and documentation as required.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in immigration processing or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite , G suite , IOS .

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
