Consultant Neurosurgeon

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Consultant Neurosurgeon to join our esteemed healthcare team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of neurosurgical procedures and will be committed to providing exceptional patient care. The Consultant Neurosurgeon will be responsible for diagnosing and treating neurological disorders, performing complex surgeries, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes. Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients with neurological disorders, including but not limited to brain tumors, spinal cord injuries, and vascular abnormalities.
- Perform a wide range of neurosurgical procedures, including but not limited to craniotomies, spinal surgeries, and minimally invasive techniques.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on the latest evidence-based practices and patient needs.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including neurologists, radiologists, oncologists, and rehabilitation specialists, to provide comprehensive care.
- Stay current with advancements in neurosurgery and contribute to clinical research and development initiatives.
- Provide mentorship and training to junior surgeons, medical students, and other healthcare staff.
- Participate in hospital committees and contribute to the development of protocols and guidelines for neurosurgical care.
- Engage in continuous professional development and attend relevant conferences, workshops, and seminars.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards to maintain high quality of care and patient safety.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding diagnosis, treatment options, and post-operative care.

- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Completion of residency training in neurosurgery
- A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in neurosurgery, preferably in a consultant role.
- Proven track record of performing complex neurosurgical procedures with excellent patient outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of the latest techniques and technologies in the field of neurosurgery.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Salary:
AED 65,000 to 95,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
