If so, we want you to join our team as a Bid Writer at a leading multidisciplinary consulting firm!

Why You'll Love This Role:
As our Bid Writer, you’ll play a crucial role in securing new business opportunities by crafting persuasive and compelling documents that showcase our products and services. You’ll work closely with bid managers and business development teams to ensure our proposals are top-notch and delivered on time.

What You'll Do:
• Collaborate: Partner with Bid Managers and Business Development Managers to manage bids and deliver high-quality outputs within customer deadlines.
• Brand Building: Contribute to the creation and delivery of our brand and its values.
• Facilitate Solutions: Lead the process of articulating solutions for proposals by coordinating inputs from various groups.
• Enhance Visibility: Apply your presales experience to initiatives that increase the visibility of our function and sharpen our service offerings.
• Compliance: Analyze requirements and specifications, securing necessary compliance information from Legal, Pricing, SMEs, and Management.
• Execute Plans: Write, edit, and design bid responses in line with brand guidelines and style guides.
• Collaborate and Improve: Work with team members to continuously improve our processes.
• Draft Winning Responses: Craft persuasive PQQ and bid submission responses.
• Stay Ahead: Keep up with industry developments and client needs to align bid responses with strategic goals.
• Knowledge Bank: Develop a repository of bid materials and responses to enhance the quality of our proposals.

Requirements:

What We're Looking For:
• Creativity: A strong background or interest in creative writing, copywriting, or content writing, proposal & Bid Writing, Marketing & Communications, PR or Journalism
• Attention to Detail: Ability to analyze and interpret complex information and present it in a clear, engaging and easy to digest manner.
• Collaboration: Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to work with various departments.
• Time Management: Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Industry Insight: Awareness of industry trends and client drivers to tailor responses effectively.

Salary:
AED 20,000 to 28,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
