We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Freelance Recruiter to support our talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-cycle recruiting and be comfortable working independently to source, interview, and place top-tier candidates across various roles and industries. This position offers flexibility in working hours and location, with compensation based on successful placements.

Sourcing Candidates: Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing.

Screening & Interviews: Conduct thorough screening and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for the roles.

Client & Candidate Management: Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a seamless experience.

Job Posting & Advertisement: Create and manage job postings on relevant platforms, tailoring job descriptions to attract top talent.

Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Offer Negotiation: Facilitate offer negotiations, ensuring a smooth transition from candidate selection to placement.

Market Insights: Stay informed of hiring trends and salary benchmarks in various industries, advising clients accordingly.

Requirements:

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a recruiter, either in-house or agency, with a track record of successful placements.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to meet recruitment deadlines.
- Flexibility to manage job requisitions.
