Plastic Surgeon Specialist / Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plastic Surgeon Specialist/ Consultant to join our esteemed healthcare team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a profound understanding of aesthetic and reconstructive surgery and will be dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. This role offers an opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility with access to advanced surgical technologies and a supportive multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will be expected to deliver high-quality surgical and non-surgical procedures, collaborate with other healthcare professionals, and contribute to the continuous improvement of patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive consultations with patients to assess their needs and expectations.
- Perform a wide range of surgical procedures including but not limited to cosmetic surgeries such as facelifts, rhinoplasties, breast augmentations, and body contouring, as well as reconstructive surgeries for trauma, congenital anomalies, and oncological cases.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific requirements and health conditions.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative care, ensuring patients are well-informed about the procedures and recovery processes.
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists, nurses, and other medical staff to ensure optimal surgical outcomes.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in plastic surgery techniques and technologies, incorporating evidence-based practices into patient care.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of clinical protocols and guidelines.
- Educate patients and their families on post-operative care and lifestyle modifications to promote healing and overall well-being.
- Engage in community outreach programs to promote awareness of plastic and reconstructive surgery options available.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records of patient consultations, treatments, and outcomes.

Requirements:

- Medical degree from an accredited institution, with specialization in plastic and reconstructive surgery.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a plastic surgeon, with a proven track record in both aesthetic and reconstructive procedures.
- Strong understanding of surgical principles, techniques, and postoperative care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with healthcare teams.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with industry trends and best practices.
- A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care, with a focus on understanding their needs and expectations.

Salary:
AED 45,000 to 90,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
