We are hiring Salon Hair Assistant

You will play a key role in supporting hairstylists and enhancing the overall customer experience in the salon. Responsibilities:
- Assist hairstylists with various tasks during hair services, including washing, drying, and styling hair.
- Prepare the salon for daily operations by ensuring all tools and products are organized and clean.
- Greet clients warmly upon their arrival and ensure they feel welcomed and comfortable.
- Maintain a tidy and professional salon environment, including cleaning workstations and common areas.
- Manage appointment schedules and assist in booking new clients, ensuring an efficient flow of services.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries regarding products and services.
- Support hairstylists with color mixing, product application, and other technical processes as needed.
- Monitor inventory levels of salon products and supplies, assisting in restocking as necessary.
- Assist in marketing efforts by promoting salon services and products to clients.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

- Previous experience in a salon environment is preferred
- Strong passion for the beauty industry and a desire to learn and grow within the field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics and professionalism.
- Basic knowledge of hair products and services is an advantage.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate client needs.
- A positive attitude, team spirit, and a willingness to be trained and to contribute to a collaborative work environment.
- Additional education in cosmetology or related field is a plus.

Salary:
BHD 200 to 250 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
