We are currently seeking an experienced Strategy and Growth professional to join our Project and Development (PDS) Management team in KSA. In this role you will be able to develop a strong client network within the industry as part of a long-term vision for sustainable and growing revenues.

What this job involves:

Business Development role

- Actively network, build and develop client relationships across KSA market.
- Assume responsibility for achieving specific business development targets that are tied to managing and expanding selected client relationships, developing new relationships, and executing on large development projects.
- Responsible for leading the sourcing, pitching, and securing of new business and projects.
- Provide conceptual and pre-construction estimating for all aspects of development
- Directly and/or indirectly responsible for attracting, retaining, developing, succession planning and managing team members associated with development management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging and rewarding real estate environment
- Self-starter; able to adapt to changing priorities and work on multiple projects
- Develop a growth strategy and development plans while forecasting targets and growth projections.
- Identifying opportunities in targeted markets and sectors across multiple service lines
- Generating leads through strong targeted networking and through proper go-to-market strategy
- Developing and nurturing relationships with key client accounts
- Keeping up with the latest industry developments, including market positioning of corporate competitors
- Assessing client needs and the company's ability to meet those requirements.
- Following up with new leads and referrals generated from the markets.
- Preparing status reports on goals
- Using customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce, to manage interactions.

Operational role

- Lead projects, ensuring that JLL and external team staffing, establishment and capability reflects project requirements.
- Ensure projects are completed within scope, schedule, budget, and meet client expectations.
- Manage multiple projects in various phases of development.
- Negotiate and hold all parties accountable to their contract obligations.
- Coordinate the activities of large project teams including owners, architects/designers, engineers, specialty consultants, contractors, suppliers, operators, AHJs and other stakeholders.
- Foresee and mitigate project risks, including HSE, Cost, schedule and quality.
- Actively troubleshoot, solve problems, and track key performance indicators.
- Good leadership, interpersonal and team working skills; able to deal positively and productively with complaints, conflicts and requests for service
- Good analytical skills; able to accurately compile statistical data and to detect inconsistencies in presented data
- High energy level and positive / can do attitude on job and group responsibilities. Ability to think creatively and find solutions to any opportunities.
- A team player with strong individual drive, sense of responsibility and task ownership.
- Strong Business Acumen and ability to manage a P&L ensuring responsible management of expenditure and revenues.

Requirements:

- An experienced Project Management leader with 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships and to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
- Proven track record in delivering projects on-time, on-budget within scope that meets or exceeds stakeholder expectations.
- Demonstrated experience in New Build project delivery.
- Dynamic and driven, with impeccable organizational skills.
- Capacity to evolve in a multi-expertise, international environment.
