Strategy Manager - Pharmaceuticals - Riyadh

* Strategic Planning: Develop and implement long-term strategic plans to drive the company's growth, including market analysis, competitive positioning, and identifying new business opportunities.
* Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics. Use insights to inform strategic decisions and identify potential areas for expansion or innovation.
* Project Management: Oversee strategic projects from conception to execution, ensuring they align with the company's goals and are completed on time and within budget.
* Mergers and Acquisitions: Evaluate potential M&A opportunities, including due diligence, financial analysis, and integration planning. Develop strategies to maximize the value and synergies of acquisitions.
* Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, alliances, mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures. Develop strategies to enter new markets or expand existing ones.
* Stakeholder Communication: Communicate strategic goals and initiatives to internal stakeholders and ensure alignment across departments. Facilitate collaboration and support decision-making processes.

Requirements:

* The ideal candidate will hold at least a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Sciences, or a related field.
* 5-8 years of experience in strategic planning or related role within the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare or HLS Consulting industries.
* Demonstrated experience in consulting roles, including advising pharmaceutical companies on strategic initiatives, market entry strategies, M&A, and operational improvements.
* Flexibility and resilience in a dynamic and fast-paced industry environment.
