Quality Manager

Recruiting on behalf of a leading Oil & Gas company, we are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Manager to lead the implementation and continuous improvement of their Risk Management System (RMS).

The successful candidate will act as a change agent, ensuring that quality control, compliance with international standards, and document management are upheld to the highest standards. This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a global leader in the oil and gas industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- RMS Implementation & Auditing
- Drive the adoption and continuous improvement of the RMS across the organization.
- Collaborate with Internal Audit to manage and oversee management system audits.
- Monitor and track nonconformists and management of changes, ensuring issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Manage and control the revision and distribution of RMS documents in response to regulatory changes, organizational updates, or role modifications.
- Oversee the distribution and control of all company policies and procedures within the RMS framework.
- Act as the primary contact for receiving and addressing field improvement requests, driving them to closure.
- Plan and deliver management review meetings as required, and collaborate with department manual owners to resolve any contradictions in RMS documentation.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in quality control, auditing, and management systems, with a strong background in the oil and gas sector.
- Thorough understanding of international standards for Quality and HSE management.
- Familiarity with oilfield quality systems and offshore operations is essential.
- Arabic speaker
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong leadership and influencing skills with the ability to drive change effectively.
