Contingent Upon Award of Contract

Purpose and Scope:

The Site Manager has overall responsibility for cost, schedule, and technical performance of the operation. Accountable for production, supply, production control/planning and quality management aspects of operation. Acts as primary point of contact for customers at the work site level.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Provides direction and leadership to all site assigned personnel.
- Prepares and submits site labor/non-labor budgets, forecast estimated costs and control subcontractors.
- Controls service contracts in support of site operations
- Manages all department managers/staff assigned to site operations.
- Manages and coordinates research and investigations into business problems.
- Provides guidance and assistance relative to operating problems and projects.
- Oversees scheduling of work assignment and workloads in accordance with operational tasking and maintenance requirements.
- Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.

Requirements:
- Education: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related field.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) is required.
- Clearance: Must possess a Secret Security Clearance.
- Relevant Experience: Experience in life support services and/or logistics management with a minimum of 10 years at operations management. Also have minimum of 5 years of experience providing such services to large facilities or operations greater than $10 Million in annual operations. Experience, particularly in the range of $100 Million or more is highly desirable.
- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership abilities with a track record of effectively managing teams and projects to successful outcomes. Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and fostering a collaborative work environment is essential.
