We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Guest Relations Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the hospitality industry, learn from experienced professionals, and develop valuable skills in customer service and guest relations.

What you will be doing:

- Assist in greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and courteously.
- Support the Guest Relations team with daily operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
- Assist in coordinating guest activities and special events.
- Contribute to the overall guest experience by ensuring a warm, friendly, and professional atmosphere.
- Gather guest feedback and work with the team to implement improvements.

Requirements:

- Currently enrolled in a Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related program.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Positive attitude, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
