JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Van Salesman to join our team in the FMCG industry focusing on poultry fresh products in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The Van Salesman will be responsible for promoting and selling our products directly to customers and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of sales techniques, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell poultry fresh products directly to customers in designated areas.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Effectively manage and rotate product inventory to ensure freshness and minimize wastage.
- Collect and record customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure timely delivery of products to customers and handle any customer queries or concerns professionally.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales van, ensuring that products are properly displayed and stored.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and traffic laws while driving the sales van.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Van Salesman or in a similar sales role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Excellent knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Valid UAE driving license with a clean driving record.
- UAE residence Visa is a plus
- Familiarity with Abu Dhabi and surrounding areas is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet sales and delivery schedules.
- Flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends, as needed.

Salary:
AED 2,500 to 3,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
