JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Support Analyst to join our support team. In this role, you will provide technical assistance and support to healthcare providers using our EMR software. You will troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and ensure a seamless user experience.

Career Level - IC1

Responsibilities

• Provides support at product level in a variety of professional/technical settings.
• Gain competence and acquiring a higher level understanding of the issues/incidents and configurations.

Requirements:

• Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing in understanding and applying company polices and processes.
• Familiarity with healthcare workflows and EMR software is a plus, with departmental product workflow and usage.
• Experience in resolving technical/functional issues/incidents and carrying out configurations at product level.
• Graduate or master's degree with work experience over 3+ years.
