JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

What you’ll be doing

- Providing technical support to Yo Telecom customers
- Fault find and maintain a range of phone and broadband systems
- Answering inbound calls from customers and raising cases on our Salesforce CRM system
- Go above and beyond with service to WOW customers
- Understand and work to Company SLA’s
- Providing excellent customer service
- See problems as challenges and find effective solutions that enhance customer experience
- Communicate with our customers, colleagues and external suppliers
- Working as part of a wider team and taking part in Yo life
- Working hours will be Wednesday to Sunday: 11am - 8pm

Requirements:
- Fluent English - verbal and written
- 1+ year minimum experience in providing technical support to businesses
- Able to multitask and work in a fast paced, high pressure environment
- Knowledge of the telecoms industry

- Proactive and responsive work ethic
- Excellent customer service and a passion for people and business
- Creative thinking combined with problem solving skills

Salary:
AED 5000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
