JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

• Managing the warehouse roles like reports, coding, storing, shifting and checking the inventory
• Handling the main store and control send and receive materials between sites.
• Logistic Management (handling transfer materials, tools and equipment between all company projects).
• Cost Management (coordinating between projects and main store and purchasing department to control over all cost).
• Updating the site engineer’s requirement on site and procuring it accordingly.
• Coordinating & reporting to project manager.
• Handling machines Repairing with the suppliers and Purchase Spare parts.
• Working by using oracle system.
• Working by using asset tracking system (Hilti ON Track system).
• Handling tools and machinery and responsible about send tools and machinery and about repairing and follow up it.
• Selling all types of scrap and Purchasing scaffolding.
• Marketing through Tele-means and building healthy relation with suppliers Manufacturers

Requirements:
• 10+ years of professional experience in Stores and logistics management
• Experience working for a Construction company.
• Must have Strong working knowledge of shipping regulations and load optimization, Transportation and Warehouse Management Systems
• Good customer service skills
• Strong leadership skills by leading direct reports
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to create and manage budgets
• Must possess demonstrable skills/expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Proficiency in using logistics and supply chain management software.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for managing production, inventory, and distribution.
• Experience in overseeing and coordinating the work of different departments within the supply chain.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address issues related to transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Negotiation skills to secure favourable terms with suppliers, carriers, and other logistics partners.
• Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of customs clearance and compliance
• Must be able to multitask and manage time in a constructive and efficient manner.
