JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Specialist in Pediatrics to join our esteemed medical team in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to pediatric patients, diagnosing and treating a wide range of illnesses, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our young patients.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat various illnesses and injuries in pediatric patients, including acute and chronic conditions
- Perform routine check-ups, immunizations, and screenings to promote overall health and well-being in pediatric patients
- Prescribe and administer appropriate medications and treatments based on patient needs and medical guidelines
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, specialists, and support staff, to develop comprehensive care plans for pediatric patients
- Counsel and educate parents and caregivers on preventive care, nutrition, and overall child development
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all pediatric patients and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Participate in continuous medical education and professional development activities to stay abreast of the latest advancements in pediatric medicine

Requirements:

- Medical degree from a recognized institution and completion of a residency program in Pediatrics
- Proven experience working as a Specialist in Pediatrics, with a strong track record of providing compassionate and effective care to pediatric patients
- Excellent diagnostic and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle complex and challenging cases
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with pediatric patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning in the field of pediatric medicine
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a diverse and multicultural environment

Salary:
AED 45,000 to 75,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
