We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Specialist in Pediatric Emergency Medicine to join our esteemed healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing top-tier emergency care to infants, children, and adolescents in critical situations. Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive emergency medical care to pediatric patients in a fast-paced environment.
- Assess and stabilize critically ill or injured children, utilizing advanced pediatric life support techniques.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans for pediatric patients.
- Conduct thorough examinations and diagnostic tests to determine the extent of injuries or illnesses.
- Communicate effectively with patients' families, providing clear explanations of medical conditions and treatment options.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Stay current with advancements in pediatric emergency medicine through continuous education and professional development.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the delivery of emergency care services.
- Supervise and mentor junior medical staff and residents in pediatric emergency procedures and protocols.
- Contribute to community outreach programs focused on pediatric health and safety education.

Requirements:

- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
- Completion of a residency in Pediatric Emergency Medicine or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a pediatric emergency setting.
- Strong clinical skills and proficiency in emergency procedures specific to pediatric patients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care, with a strong commitment to pediatric health.
- Ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced and high-stress situations.
- Familiarity with the healthcare regulations and standards in the UAE.

Salary:
AED 45,000 to 65,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
