Specialist Oral and Maxillofacial

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnoses of patients with oral and maxillofacial conditions.
- Perform surgical procedures related to the mouth, jaw, and face, including but not limited to extractions, bone grafting, and corrective jaw surgery.
- Collaborate with dental professionals, orthodontists, and other specialists to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Manage pre-operative and post-operative care for patients, ensuring optimal recovery and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and documentation for all patient interactions and procedures.
- Participate in regular training and continuing education to stay current with advancements in the field.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment options, procedures, and aftercare instructions.
- Contribute to the development of clinical protocols and guidelines to enhance patient safety and care quality.
- Engage in research activities to improve surgical techniques and treatment outcomes.
- Foster a compassionate and professional environment for both patients and staff.

Requirements:

Salary:
AED 40,000 to 60,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
