Specialist / Consultant ENT

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Specialist/Consultant ENT to join our esteemed healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in diagnosing and treating a wide range of ear, nose, and throat conditions. This role requires strong clinical expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. As a part of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in enhancing patient outcomes and advancing our reputation for excellence in healthcare.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with ear, nose, and throat disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough evaluations.
- Perform surgical and non-surgical procedures to address various ENT conditions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including audiologists, speech therapists, and primary care physicians, to ensure holistic patient care.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment options, procedures, and preventive measures.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in ENT practices and technologies.
- Participate in case discussions, departmental meetings, and continuing education activities.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Provide mentorship and training to junior medical staff and residents as needed.
- Engage in community outreach programs to raise awareness about ENT health issues.

Requirements:

- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
- Completion of residency in Otolaryngology (ENT).
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Proficient in performing a wide range of ENT procedures, including endoscopies and surgeries.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with a patient-centered approach.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and families.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with medical advancements.
- Strong ethical standards and a compassionate approach to patient care.

Salary:
AED 45,000 to 95,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
